The steps our process:

You can call, email or fill out our brief inquiry form. We prefer you are home so we can explain what we propose to do or we can do it over the phone at a time convenient for you.

Each and every project will have an on-site visit to determine the scope of work.

The estimate is a visual representation of the existing roofing system and building condition.

There can be unforeseen areas of bad roofing, decking, framing or rotted areas not disclosed in the original estimate. We give unit prices at the bottom of our estimate sheet for any unforeseen work that will have to be done.

Upon acceptance of the estimate provided we ask you to email back with the estimate number and inform us you would like to proceed with the work.

No deposit is required on jobs $50k or less.

We give you an approximate window of time your project will be completed. This is entirely dependent on weather and finishing project prior to yours.

Several days before we plan to arrive, you will receive a call from our project manager to discuss requirements, including moving vehicles from your driveway, moving patio furniture, BBQs and anything else away from the building before we start. We also require access to power.

This is fully described in the estimate and includes removal of old shingles, repairing wood structure as needed. Unit prices are provided on the estimate if this work is required.

Roof installation is described in bullet form on the estimate.

In order to ensure a tidy job site we tarp off anything important to you and us, including patio decks, the side of your building and lawns. We go over all areas of the property with a large magnet to pick up any stray nails, rake, sweep and blow off any light debris. We pride ourselves on our cleanup!

When finalizing the project and collecting payment, we discuss the warranty of your shingles or flat roofing and the warranty on workmanship offered by Mader's Roofing.
