Frequently Asked Questions

Not all roofers are the same and products being used can vary in quality. We have been an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau since 1993 with an A+ rating.

All BBB accredited businesses have agreed to live up to our Standards for Trust. Standards for Trust are a comprehensive set of policies, procedures and best practices focused on how businesses should treat the public – fairly and honestly in all circumstances.

BBB Accreditation is an honor – and not every company is eligible. Businesses that meet our high standards are invited to join BBB. Businesses meeting BBB standards are presented to local Boards of Directors (or designers) for review and acceptance as a BBB Accredited Business.

BBB’s mission is to be the leader in advancing marketplace trust. This is done by:

  • Setting standards for marketplace trust
  • Encouraging and supporting best practices by engaging with and educating consumers and businesses
  • Calling out and addressing substandard marketplace behavior
  • Creating a community of trustworthy businesses

Carrying insurance is important to protect the home or business owner. If a worker has an accident and the roofer is not covered, you may be held liable.

  • We carry liability insurance
  • We are covered by Workers’ Compensation
  • Our men are all safety trained and wear fall protection equipment
  • We keep protective tools and equipment on-hand for each project, depending on what they need - i.e.: plant protection, lawn protection, driveway protection and siding protection
  • We have materials delivered and removed from the site with vehicles that will not damage stone driveways, asphalt driveways or lawn sod
